PT Nusantara Regas received Patra Nirbhaya Karya Pratama for the second time from the Ministry of Energy and Mineral Resources due to its achievement of five million hours of safety hour. The award is submitted symbolically by Vice Minister of Energy and Mineral Resources Archandra Tahar during the Oil and Gas Safety Communications Forum 2017 in Palembang from 29-30 August.
President Director of PT Nusantara Regas Tammy Meidharma said that Nusantara Regas continue to commit in putting forward safety aspect in every company’s operational activities which was in line with zero accident principle appointed by the company towards all the operational activities, through three principle rules “Obedient, Intervention and Care.”
This award is the second award received by PT Nusantara Regas where previously received in 2016 for its achievement of 3 million hours of safety hour.
The company criteria that reserve the right to receive Patra Nirbaya Karya award is possess and carry out the Occupational Safety and Health Management System, own a record of safety hours, no accident which caused severe property damage and fatalities in the past year, and is willing to do verification towards appeal for this award by safety hour committee.
In the near future, PT Nusantara Regas target is to achieve the higher level of Patra Nirbhaya Karya Pratama award for higher criteria which is 10 million hours of safety hour.
