Corporate Social Responsibility Related to Employment, Occupational Health and Safety
Human resources are one of the main stakeholders who play an important role in achieving the Company’s objectives. Therefore, the Company always strives to carry out social responsibility towards the workers in various aspects, such as workers’ welfare, competency development, protection in the workplace and preparation for retirement.
The Company has implemented social responsibility related to employment including health and safety programs, quality and professionalism improvement programs, performance evaluation, and welfare program.The implementation of CSR related to employment, occupational health and safety refers to Law No. 13 of 2003 concerning Manpower, Law No. 2 of 2004 concerning Settlement of Industrial Relations Disputes, Law Number 1 of 1970 concerning Occupational Safety and Collective Labor Agreements (PKB) between the management and employee unions. Perseroan telah melaksanakan tanggung jawab sosial terkait ketenagakerjaan meliputi program kesehatan dan keselamatan, program peningkatan kualitas dan profesionalisme, evaluasi kinerja, serta program kesejahteraan.
