Corporate Social Responsibility for Employment, Occupational Health and Safety.

Human resources are one of the main stakeholders who play an important role in achieving the company's goals.

Therefore, the Company always strives to carry out social responsibility towards the workforce in various aspects, such as employee welfare, competency development, workplace protection and preparation for retirement.

Social Responsibility of Employment

The Company has implemented social responsibility related to employment including health and safety programs, quality improvement and professionalism programs, performance evaluations, and welfare programs. The implementation of CSR related to employment, health and safety refers to Law Number 13 of 2003 concerning Employment, Law Number 2 of 2004 concerning Settlement of Industrial Relations Disputes, Law Number 1 of 1970 concerning Work Safety and the Collective Labor Agreement (PKB) between management and labor unions. As for policies related to Health and Safety at Work, the Company refers to:

The implementation of functions in the field of Quality, Health, Safety, Security and Environmental Protection is carried out by the Quality, Health, Safety, Security, and Environment (QHSSE) Department.

The Company has conducted socialization and held training related to QHSSE aspects periodically through internal media that can be accessed by all workers, partners and the community around the operational area.

This is a must because the Company's management wants all workers, partners and the community to be able to participate actively so that the implementation of QHSSE in every operational activity can run optimally.
